Refund policy
Sorry, but we do not take returns, so be sure you want the item before you purchase it. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We are happy to work with you to try to resolve any issues. We inspect our items 3 times before they are shipped out to you. We may also take photos and video of your items before they are shipped. All our items are new (unless it states otherwise), and obtained from various vendors, manufactures and resellers.
If you contact us within 2 days of receiving the item at keepsakecutiesnursery@yahoo.com and we authorize a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We may ask for photos of the item. Not every request can be returned, such as reborn dolls, silicone dolls, custom made dolls and sale items. All return request is up to our discretion.
If your return is accepted or authorized by us, you will need to buy the return shipping label, and follow the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded. Any returned item we authorize, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately no later than 2 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to file a claim with the shipping company., if the item was damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for lost, delayed or demaged items in shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned Ever: like: reborn dolls or silicone dolls, partial silicone dolls as well as custom products (such as special doll orders or personalized items or art pieces hand made). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Keepsake Cuties Nursery has full discretion as to if an item is returnable, exchangable, or refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have after you request a return authorization and get approved, and once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new exhange item. Store credit will be issued if you are authorized for a return. Read the full return/refund policy, as not all items are returnable or refundable for an exchange. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds/Store Credit
If your return was preauthorized and we agreed to take the item back, then we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not or if we will issue store credit for an exchange. Please note all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if the item is still in new condition. If preapproved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of the item only (minus 20% restocking fee if still new and shipping cost) and does not include shipping cost, on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Reasons you may not get refunded or store credit will include by not limited to: damaged goods, dirty or odor issues of your item, it is used in anyway, you didn't get prior authorization to return the item, and if this is found to be the case, you will need to provide return shipping cost to us to ship your item back to you, if we do not approve of your return. Any refund or exchange is at the discrestion of the owner of Keepsake Cuties Nursery.
Restocking fee
On all items we approve or authorize, for a refund/store credit, we be charged a 20% restocking fee if the item is still in new condition in original packaging. However, if you ask for store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method, you can avoid the 20% restocking fee. We will in issue you store credit or a gift card instead with no cash value only used for exchange or store credit.
