SHIPPING 

We ship currently to the USA  only, unless you contact us and we agree to ship to you. We usually ship within a few days of your purchase thru USPS, unless it is a custom made item which can take up to 8 weeks to complete.  For the USA we offer two shipping options: flat rate fee of $ 15 for total under $199 and $25 flat rate if you spend over $200, unless we are running a limited time special, so see the home page for the details.  We do not ship to forwarding shipping companies for international orders, due to increase in fraud.  If we agree to ship internationally, the custom fees and shipping taxes of the country are the responsibility of the buyer to pay for, as these are not figured into our shipping cost. All shipping and custom fees are nonrefundable, should you obtain a return authorization from us before any item is shipped back to us. As we don't take back returns in general. Only under certain circumstances do we take returns, you can find this under our returns policy.  Any import charges or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Keepsake Cuties Nursery is not responsible for lost, damaged or undeliverable mail or packages. If an item is damaged or lost, it is the buyers reponsibility to file a claim with the post office or shipping service. All damage or issues must be documented by way of photos or video to submit to the shipping agency. We reserve the right to ask for more information or proof of the damage or issue. To ensure you are covered by insurance, please ask for this at checkout or contact us. We maybe able to include the insurance cost or we can bill you for this additional service.
