This is Realborn Alyssa Asleep by Bountiful Baby, but I call him Ethan. This kit is sold out and discontinued, so it will get harder to find, and yes he comes with his COA. Realborns are made of scans of a real baby, then made into vinyl kits. He was painted using Genesis paints. He has full arms and full legs with painted hair. He is ready to cuddle and hold. He is one of my Budget Friendly babies.
