This is a Realborn® doll kit called Laila sleeping. This little girl is so adorable. She was painted and sealed using Genesis Heat Set paints. She has full limbs and a cloth body. She comes with a magnetic pacifier and has been weighted to feel like a real baby. She has rooted eyelashes. She has penciled hair that was sealed. She was made from a 3D scan of a real baby.
